Hawaii's JW Marriott Ihilani Unveils Enhanced Ballroom

The JW Marriott Ihilani Resort and Spa at Ko Olina, in Oahu, Hawaii, has significantly enhanced Oahu’s banquet and meetings infrastructure with the unveiling of the Hokulani Ballroom. Formerly known as the Pavilion at Ihilani, the renamed Hokulani Ballroom has been expanded to better serve meetings and banquet events. Enhancements include a modular design, including exterior windows, retractable walls, new interiors and furniture, climate control and broadband wireless capability. The retractable windows allow the ballroom to open into the beautiful outdoor setting.

Measuring 15,600 square feet, the expanded ballroom can also be divided into up to five separate breakout spaces, offering versatility for special events. It can comfortably accommodate up to 1,100 guests for banquets and 2,000 guests for theater-style presentations. The new structure supports a wireless infrastructure with a capacity providing 1,000 individuals using Internet access. Corporate meetings, incentive groups and special events choose the ambiance of JW Marriott Ihilani due to the self-contained resort services offering a total of 77,694 square feet of outdoor and indoor meeting space, the 35,000-square-foot world-class Ihilani Spa, championship golf, tennis, four tranquil beach coves and a private marina.
