Step 1:

Digital data is required
for all ad submissions, uploaded to
Agent@Home's ftp site.
Note: If using a MAC, please use a ftp
client to upload materials to the ftp
site.Request your
username and password from:
production@pmgemail.com
Copy and paste this url into your
browser:
ftp.pmgemail.com
and enter user name and password
Place materials in the proper Agent@Home issue folder.

Mechanical Specifications: Files must be saved as a
press-ready PDF according to printer specifications. Download our "How
to Make a PDF" guidebook for instructions on creating your PDF with
Quark Xpress or InDesign:

In addition, if your ad is created in Quark Xpress; Adobe
InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop; or you use Acrobat
Distiller, we have automated PDF preset files to help you
properly save your PDF. Please email the Production Department (production@pmgemail.com)
for copies. |

| Any ads supplied in non-preferred or non-acceptable formats,
such as native application files, will be charged a $150
processing fee. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of reproduction
from any ads supplied in non-preferred or non-acceptable
formats, and will not issue any make goods. Film will not be
accepted.

A SWOP certified color proof must be forwarded with the digital
ad file. If we do not receive a SWOP certified proof, we cannot
guarantee the accuracy of the reproduction and will not issue
any make goods.
- IMPORTANT! Do not supply compressed files

- PC format disks not acceptable
|
- Disks and SWOP certified color proofs should be securely
packed and thoroughly protected to prevent punctures or
folding.
|
- Contents should be identified on the outside of the package.
|
- Disks should be labeled with Advertiser Name, Ad Size and
Issue Date
|
